“But be assured today that the Lord your God is the one who goes across ahead of you like a devouring fire. He will destroy them; he will subdue them before you. And you will drive them out and annihilate them quickly, as the Lord has promised you” (Deuteronomy 9:3).
I’m given glimpses of the powers and principalities of this world at work in images and contexts my mind is able to understand; this has been going on now for a few years. I believe to see any more clearly would be more than what I can bear. Venomous spiders, scorpions, and snakes; anything that creeps and scurries; permeating throughout and passing through. These demonic powers carry death and intend harm, but the Holy Spirit protects me; they surround, but are prevented from approaching too closely. Yes, the things that go bump in the night are quite real.
It’s unsettling to wake up in the middle of the night to find hooded figures standing around your bed, walking into someone’s home and sensing a presence that shouldn’t be there, or hearing an audible voice literally yell, “Get out!” into your ear. Sometimes I’m lead to drive them out, while other times, I’m lead to do nothing at all. Learning to discern the difference has been a difficult and occasionally painful and embarrassing process. I find people more often than not harder to deal with than spirits; rebellion, fear, and unbelief all conspire to complicate matters, and the enemy takes any advantage our free will presents.
The Lord goes before me, in the same way he went before the Israelites crossing the Jordan into Canaan. “But be assured today that the Lord your God is the one who goes across ahead of you like a devouring fire. He will destroy them; he will subdue them before you. And you will drive them out and annihilate them quickly, as the Lord has promised you” (Deuteronomy 9:3). These gruesome and terrible beings of great power and strength literally cower, trembling even, in corners, and in other hiding places, in fear of God; it is truly a sight to behold! A Christian who comes into their authority in Jesus Christ is, likewise, terrifying to the enemy, because the one who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
I’ve used this blog as a vehicle from which to begin sharing these experiences more broadly, and I hope people listen to my warning. I really have nothing to gain from sharing such things publicly other than setting myself up for potential rejection and ridicule; a laughingstock. As the occult permeates further into our society and captivates our collective imaginations, and God’s relevance diminishes, the fruits will undoubtedly continue to bear witness to our terrible choice. It is time we wake up.

Good post! God made all, even the darkness. However, the Light is stronger than anything less than light. As a Reiki master, I use the Christ Light to bless and protect places. Thank you for putting yourself out there. I am doing that too. I feel it is necessary these days. 🙂

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experiences. I can relate to this one and the most recent one where you testified about the woman who purchased a home that was inhabited by a dark shadow. I know these things are true. The seers gift allows your to see those things. I curious to know if you’ve ever visited any nursing homes and have seen how spirits dwell there and most of the elderly are weak and feeble, Those dark figures are inhabiting their bodies and tormenting the weak in some of those places. I understand why many there are sick and cannot get better because no one believes you when your sick and on medication that makes you sleep most of the time. My heart breaks for the m. What are your thoughts?

I agree that’s a common problem in nursing homes or often with the chronically sick in general. These terrible entities literally suck what little life there is out of people, and you’re right, these poor souls often go ignored. I find they also just feed off people’s pain and misery; I think that’s how people get mixed up on thinking a home is being haunted by the dead. I’ve found that demons disguise themselves as departed people and bask in the miseries and tragedies of those who lived there before. Sometimes I see them, sometimes I don’t (even when everyone else is so uncomfortable their skin is crawling), and it takes the Spirit to reveal them to me somehow. As in the example of the second house, they try to hide when they realize what’s coming; what God is going to do. In my vision, it was like a thousand flood lights were exposing that creature; it couldn’t hide from God, but if it hadn’t been for the vision, I suppose I would have possibly slept in that room all night like a baby.

I see them, smell them, and hear them. They roam during the night. Some of them will test to see if you’re spiritually awake or not. They make a sound or move something to see just how awake or asleep you are. The Holy Spirit wakes me up the minute they enter my bedroom, most of the time I’m awake. I hear them clearly and if they test me I don’t jump by response. I act as though I didn’t hear a thing. I love what shared about your nursing home experience. Every word is true. I would like to talk with you more because there’s not many who have these experiences and that can relate. I’m going to read more of your writings. God brought this article just in time for me because I was feeling alone in the matter. Thank you. 🙏✝🛐🙏

It can be a lonesome thing, and I enjoy corresponding with you. I’m grateful to have two friends with similar gifts and supportive family and church family. I’ve written other posts about various encounters, and I look forward to hearing what you think. God bless!

I just published one last night called House Blessing, but there are others about dreams and visions. I’ve kept so much of this to myself for so long, but it seems like now is the time to begin sharing with others what God has done! This blog has been a two-fold blessing.
